If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Authorization
Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label (fees may apply).

Packaging
Securely pack the bike in its original box with all original components, tools, and manuals included.

After our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
